Report from the Guilds first meeting at Styringheims Lucia feast AS XLV – 2010-12-11.
Report No. I of the Theatre Guild and Lantgraf Hartman Rogge and Viscountess Filippa Birgerdotter’s theater companyat Luciafest and barony investiture in Styringheim AS XLV
Present:
- Ingrid Audardotter/Annika Nyman – Elder
- Ragnhild Leifsdotter/Barbro Bornsäter Mellbin – Elder
- Styrbjörn Bärsärk/Peter Mellbin – Elder
- Hartman Rogge/Jan Frelin – Patron
- The meeting was declared open by the elder Styrbjorn and Elder Ingrid took on the role of secretary. All participants were greeted warmly to the Theatre Guild first ever meeting and a special warm thanks expressed to the present patron Hartman and absent Filippa. The Guild appreciate that they want to protect the Guild!
- The statutes were read through.
- Elder Styrbjorn completed his apprenticeship test and was found to pass.
- Elder Ragnhild completed her apprenticeship test and was found to pass.
- Elder Ingrid completed her apprenticeship test and was found to pass.
